BOZ analysis issues

Things to solve:

analysis should use persist=False by default. Only correction determination should use persist=True. Change the default and update the notebooks
provide example for energy scan and time delay
implement BAM time correction
show double time axis, one in mm of delay stage, t0 as vertical line and one in ps from t0
remove unused profiler
put papermill in dependance
document using sbatch
