Missing DSSC geometry alignment notebook example
some analysis can be found in commissioning proposal 2711 in the folder 202022/p002711/usr/Software/dssc-geometry-scs/
- hex-cart conversion in local .py file
- sub-pixel shift not implemented
- generation of dssc geometry from aligned module not implemented
- module rotation not implemented
- alignment is done manually so far
