Update:

• Made some updates to the code structure (flake8 -> https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0008/)
• Outsourced geometry information to individual file.

ToDo:

• Include/remove parts (include for instance kluyverts geometry converter ?, read_geometry might not be needed in this class since it overlaps with the extra_geometry package, ....)
• add documentation

I will stop working on this branch now. Feel free to continue from here and just let me know whenever the branch is ready to be merged.
