Fix outer zone width calculation
- change the outer zone width calculation to the far corner of the zone plate
- change the outer zone width calculation to use the nominal focal length, not the KBS shortened one
- update the formula used for the KBS shortened focal length for the other wavelength (low and high photon energy range)
