AGIPD500K: Adding geometry device

As far as I can tell, we just need new geometry and new condition watcher (due to differing voltage source thingy).

• Geometry device
• Condition watcher never mind, the condition watcher already has configurable device and key to look at for voltage, so this is solved by configuration

Fingers crossed that constants will be in a compliant format.
