- Move jungfraulib and jfstrixel into new director src/cal_tools/jungfrau
- add new npz files into jungfrau directory for strixel conversion.
- clean up jfstrixel to be able to use jungfrau npz files.
- Update strixel_sensor from boolean to string
- Update JF correction notebook to specify the kind of strixel A1256 or A0123

Change func name to sort_runs_by_gain, fix docstring, use sorted runs, and fix high gain run check condition
