- Remove int conversion for integration_time
- Move allocating constants in sharedmemory to loading constants cell

1. Remove when dictionary from notebook and from agipdlib
2. Improve cell filling time-summary table
3. Remove uneeded function and defined parameters in agipdlib.py

1. Move Initialize_from_db to the notebook
2. Remove function and it's test from cal_tools
3. Use CalibrationData Latex table displaying constant timestamps
4. Start storing data in fragment file
5. Avoid errors in case Thresholds or Noise were not retrieved.
6. Update and cleanup cell for adding timing summary

- Remove precorrection notebook
- Remove function retrieving constant from YAML
- Use fragment file
- WIP: start moving constant retrieval function to the notebook
