Steffen told me we do not need to fix the temperature anymore, so I changed fix_temperature variable from True to False

A few titles are changed so that the output of zfel-calibrate looks nicer, and I cleared all outputs.

FastCCD dark is tested with xfel-calibrate, and modified to have a nice output: some sections do not have output and so I have taken those headers out.
