Test[Jungfrau][Correct]: Test ROI for JF1M

Description

While working on adding the new corrected data source for jungfrau I realized we dont have tests while using roi configuration.

I picked a random roi config from a commissioning proposal in 2022 Our test data is from 2021 and at that time there was no roi-definitions.
