Feat: Update Jungfrau notebooks

@karnem what was the purpose of these changes and what should it achieve?

The main purpose of the change is to enable processing of Jungfrau data acquired with 16-Memory cells mode.

The correction notebook reads calibration constant from the DB (before gain was coming from local file). Some ipython parallelization was introduce.

Dark processing notebook stores constant locally and will push them to the DB if corresponding flag is True.

why is db_output False in JungFrau Dark?
