Feat/batch prioritization darks

@karnem As per discussion I gave low slurm-priority (100) to correct actions and higher slurm-priority (10) to DARK.

Also I refactored the name of the run_correction function as it is not exclusive only for corrections

@santosh This Merge Request is related to calibration_workshop#10 "Batch job prioritization" which is a part of EPIC3 for Phase I
