Feat/overall module summary dssc lpd agipd

This MR has the feature of using the same notebook to produce a summary report for all current big detectors DSSC, AGIPD and LPD.

DSSC characterization report went by some modifications to have a similar features as AGIPD and LPD for module report and later for the summary.

Also there were some refactors for the dark notebooks for AGIPD and LPD.

New features beside the summary report:

Maintain an order for the combined chapters and summary chapters always leading.
Refactors for printing and the message for when the constant is retrieved.
Adding description to used functions in cal_tools and creating some functions for plotting a 2d module image for the detector.

The dssc images was done using extrageom, which are being plotted as rectangles not hexagonals for simplicity.
