karabo_da to list, jungfrau parallel dark, update conf

@karnem This Merge request consists of more fixes for the deployment of pycalibration.

1- creating the report after all jobs. 2- update_configuration using karabo_id instead of the detector. 3- Have karabo_da a list for dark notebooks. 4- tiny other fixes
