fixed jf darks notebook to cope with new middlelayer

new JunfrauDarks middlelayer should capable of taking darks with an arbitrary number of storge cells plugged in, therefore I the change is to reject every SC in the loop except for the fisrt one, not just the second, as in previous notebook
