update AGIPD64K

@kamile @danilevc These were changes done before for the dark notebook for the single AGIPD module and it was used for the past month on production.

The changes here are about adding some new features which was already added to the dark AGIPD notebooks before tag 2.8.6 (checking gain_setting, different notebook inputs, badpixel tables, new plot functions, ..).
