[AGIPD] [DARK] add plotting part for HIBEF AGIPD

As there is not yet an implementation for AGIPD extra-geom to this point for HIBEF AGIPD, a temporary condition was added with a TODO to avoid plotting assembled modules digrams.

There were two parts which I have changed

1- gain setting and acquisition rate values in first cell 2- second notebook had nmod and nmods parameters for the samething

just a heads up as you might find conflicts after I merge.
