get creation time for a file and remove recursive prints
Summary:
While running AGIPD Correction for run files /gpfs/exfel/exp/MID/202030/p900137/raw/r0319, it was found that extracting the creation time from Metadata in *.h5 files costed about 200 seconds. As before we only use creation time for oldest file in run folder, I did the same. This take about 1 second.
I have also removed some prints, which is not needed in the report (or will be printed later in a better form).
