Fix/ Use language name instead of kernel name

Description

A workaround for pycalibration used nbparameterise fork to use language name instead of kernel name

How Has This Been Tested?

This was test by storing a notebook with a non-python3 kernel and running xfel-calibrate confirming non-occurence of attached error and slurm nodes starting processing.
