Add Dark Characterization for ePix100

Dark Characterization notebook for ePix100 detector. @qingtian @haufs

Offset and Noise constants are created using given run number and sequence and injected to the calibration DB.

Bias voltage and in_vacuum status are given as input parameters.

Started testing this with newer data. This line will need changes because the data format changed :/

integration_time = int(f['{}/CONTROL/expTime/value'.format(h5path_cntrl)][0])

Additionally, I see a few adaptions needed to use this as part of the webservice. I've started testing, and can push then onto this branch if you like.

It is already in microseconds now
