Set gain_setting to 0 for old JF runs

For old Jungfrau runs as proposal 900113 run 9999, 9998, 9997

Description

This is a catched KeyError that passes and doesn't stop the notebook and set the the gain_setting to 0 in case the h5 ctrl path for gain_setting is not available.

How Has This Been Tested?

By running the notebook for the mentioned runs for dark and correction.
