[EPIX100][CORRECT] FIX/ set absolute_gain to false if relative gain was not retrieved

If gain was not retrieve relative_gain is set to False.
The same should be done to absolute_gain as well.
Discovered and tested on xcaltst@max-exfl017 while testing pre-deployment
