Add selection of lit frames using AgipdLitFrameFinder device

This is integration of AgipdLitFrameFinder device into calibration pipeline which allows to processing only illuminated (lit) frames.

Changes:

• replace pulse selection
• add range cells selection keeping previous functionality
• add lit frame selection using AgipdLitFrameFinder
• allow per train frame selection
• one step selection if common mode correction is disabled
• two step selection if common mode correction is enabled
• allow to remove frames exposed low energy
