New correction notebook for GOTTHARD2

New correction notebook for GOTTHARD2
- Read constants from temporary hardcoded path for a file of 3 constant arrays (LUT, OFFSET, GAIN)
- Using
correct_train
Cython function to [a. Convert 12 bit raw data to 10 bit. b. Offset subtraction. c. GAIN division.] - 1D plots for mean across pulses for selected train. And a snapshot for odd/even pulses for the selected train.
How Has This Been Tested?
- Running Notebook interactively.
- Running xfel-calibrate
