Update the hardcoded list of det substring in karabo_id

Description

While testing G2 on one of FXE runs. I realized that the webservice needed a change as well. to the hardcoded substrings for detectors requiring 3 runs.

Can we get this in before the FXE test tomorrow?

So, it is currently available in max-exfl016. I was testing it there and updated the code with a hotfix directly in the deployment code. Shall I leave this until tomorrow or I include this into 3.6.1?
