[EPIX100][CORRECT] Fix/epix output fully corrected data

[AGIPD] [DARK] output fully corrected data (including gain and charge sharing) to CORR files.

Description

Data saved to data.image.pixels in CORR files does not include the gain and charge sharing correction steps. Data saved to data.image.pixels_classified in CORR files includes all correction steps, but only single photon events are saved.

Therefore, this notebook does not provide fully corrected.
