[LPDMini] Feat: Inject gain constants notebook

Description

New notebook for LPDMini to inject calibration constants into the database.

This notebook is cloned for the LPD1M one. The differences are:

• using bias_voltage_0 and bias_voltage_1
• Validating against the LPDMini shape.
• Not erroring out if one of the modules has no files available to inject.
• adding the correct pixel for the conditions.
