Fix missing re-allocation of trigger array in REMI with neither FEL nor PPL

Description

A minor bug I introduced in this new feature mostly meant for commissioning purposes. I hotfixed it on live already, but generally it's not needed in regular operations. Please merge after review to ensure the fix remains.
