Make the run type regex for skipping JF darks less aggressive

We always knew the aggressive skipping of runs based on run type (or its run type type) without any manual override will at some point cause someone that really wants to correct darks for good reasons to be annoyed.
Since JF darks are fairly lightweight and the system was cheated anyway already, we can relax the condition a bit.
